Order of Operation |
The order in which math expressions need to me worked out, for example: Parenthesis, Exponents, Multiply or Divide, Add or Subtract. Student sometimes use the PEMDAS acronym to remember the order of these operations. Another way to remember this order is through the saying:
Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally. |
